If you are struggling to get up in the morning and feeling unmotivated I can help. If you are dealing with grief and loss I can help. I have successfully helped people who are dealing with challenges related to Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Panic attacks, Dermatillomania, and Trichotillomania. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you examine how your thoughts, influence your feelings and your actions; additionally I use Solution Focused Therapy to help you make concrete changes.
