Welcome! I’m Louisa, a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) passionate about helping clients find their inner strength and voice. I believe in a client-centered approach to therapy, where we work together to build a positive and supportive relationship. My goal is to help you restore your natural supports and discover strength in your own story. I specialize in working with college students, individuals exploring their sexuality, and those navigating life transitions. I also focus on self-identity and self-esteem development, helping clients build confidence and a stronger sense of self. I provide compassionate care for clients managing anxiety and am currently pursuing certifications in ADHD treatment to deepen my practice. I strive to offer decolonized care that acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression on mental health. My approach creates a safe, inclusive, and validating space for healing and growth.
