Let me help you cultivate the life you desire through validating, compassionate, solution-focused, therapy. My clinical focus and true passion is in attachment and trauma, working with clients to heal developmental, psychological, physical and sexual trauma. I offer researched based interventions that result in healing. These include Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and life-changing EMDR. EMDR relieves painful memories, and repairs negative self-beliefs related to trauma-related experiences. EMDR is trauma’s gold standard treatment for PTSD, but also offers healing for depression, eating disorders, personality disorders and OCD. I also integrate DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Schema therapy, and Gestalt in the healing process. My therapeutic style includes validation and compassion, providing strength based tools, interventions, and resources that are backed by experience and research.
