Introduction

Are you or a loved on having trouble with daily life, family, school or relationships? I am here to help. I provide a safe place to talk about these concerns and ensure that every client feels heard. I work with children, adults, families and groups with many different needs and backgrounds. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, mood disturbance, communication problems, life transitions, autism/spectrum disorder, low self-esteem, behavioral/emotional adjustments and substance abuse/addiction to name a few. I am a licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) with over 30 years of experience. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Profession (CCATP), Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH) with a specialty in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) & Addictions. My goal is to help you cope with your concerns and identify ways to alleviate these issues. Working together to improve daily functioning and life skills. I am here to help you get started or to continue to walk with you on your journey towards an improved you!
