Introduction

I started counseling services to support Black women who wanted to increase their comfort level with mental health care and keep their Christian faith as part of the counseling process. I am trained in EMDR, CBT as well as Certified Grief Specialist. It is my pleasure to hold space for anyone who is working through issues of faith, anxiety/depression, and personal concerns.
