Introduction

I work with people facing difficult moments in their lives. Many times clients are going through a life transition they didn't expect. Many had challenges growing up that never seemed to hold them back and then suddenly they are hit with feelings of anxiety or depression. I do a lot of work on creating healthy relationships-- romantic, friend, family, co-workers. I enjoy working with men and women and with younger and older adults.
