My desire to understand and help others drives my practice and ability to attune to individual needs as they arise with each client. I work from an attachment perspective working with the influences of childhood and family experiences to process anything from severe trauma and substance abuse to anxiety and depression that can be mild but bothersome in every day life and relationships.
