I have over 11 years experience working with diverse cultures & a spectrum of behavioral & mental health concerns. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults & families, as well as those within the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize a few different treatment approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy & Strength Based Therapy. Together we will identify which approaches would work best for you to help meet your treatment goals. If you are grappling with things such as: communication, relationship or school/work issues, parenting challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, I am dedicated to offering you tailored support. I believe that including caregivers in some of the treatment process is instrumental in fostering understanding & ensuring sustained success & growth for the younger individual.
