I provide tailored therapeutic services to both youth and adults, addressing a broad spectrum of concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, school-related challenges, navigating adolescence, parenting dilemmas, life transitions, grief and loss, educational decisions, and bullying. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice, with over 28 years of experience working with youth and adults across various settings, including outpatient mental health facilities, educational support services, grief and loss facilities, as well as numerous private and public elementary and middle schools. My extensive background is complemented by a robust education including a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University, a Master’s Degree in Education from Seattle University specializing in School Counseling, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Boston University. I am well-equipped to provide comprehensive support to individuals seeking counseling services. Additionally, I am a certified Mental Health and Grief Specialist accredited by the American School Counseling Association. As a dedicated professional, I am proud to be affiliated with esteemed organizations including the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the American School Counselors Association (ASCA), and the Florida School Counselors Association (FSCA).
