Introduction

Like many journeys, therapy begins with where you are now, acknowledges where you have been, and creates a plan to help you get to where you want to go. It is a shared process where you are the expert on your life. I believe with the right supports in place, you can discover and enhance your strengths and move toward healing and living a healthy, productive life. I use a variety of therapeutic skills to assist my clients as they cope with life challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and parenting . I also have a passion for, and many years of experience, working with teenagers and young adults who are struggling with the challenges of anxiety, depression, parental and peer conflict and communication difficulties. I appreciate the fact that each client is unique, therefore, I offer a personalized approach designed to help you build upon your strengths and attain personal goals by helping you build insight and skills. My role is to provide you with the guidance and support so that you feel able to take the steps necessary to reduce your symptoms, increase your confidence and effectively meet life's challenges. As your therapist, I will provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where we can explore life events and stresses that may be impacting your ability to find balance and achieve your goals. I also understand that your life is filled with demands, so I offer evening appointments so that you can get the support you need in a way that fits into your busy schedule.
