Feeling pressure and wondering if you are in the right place in life for you? __________ I specialize in helping adults (individuals and couples) and youth who have a desire to discover and understand patterns that are not beneficial, and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges. My background and experience are quite diverse and broad. I began as a professional dancer and choreographer, eventually founding a company and touring internationally. Later. I had a career with director-level positions in technology management and intellectual property, working and living in several countries. I hold a law degree and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and served as a California State Bar Association member. The COVID epidemic shifted my focus to mental health, and I assisted in the roll-out of the 988 national suicide and crisis line. I also have six years of experience providing counsel to individuals and couples facing head and neck cancer. I am a passionate advocate for the value of the arts for building mental health and a healing community. I am in the last year of my studies for a master's degree in marriage, family therapy. I currently practice under the supervision of Walanda Johnson, American Association of Marriage Family Therapy (AAMFT) Supervisor candidate and Dr. Tia Crooms, AAMFT-approved Supervisor Mentor, Systemic Supervision Training Center, LLC.
