Introduction

Experienced psychotherapist working with adult individuals dedicated to helping them achieve life goals and improve quality of life. Anchored in Hope is the premise of my practice, providing the foundation to utilize client's strengths to reach their goals. There is always hope. Individuals come to me seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, substance use and trauma disorders. Each case is different and individualized treatment meeting client's needs is important. Developing a therapeutic relationship with the right person is also very important. That is why clients are welcomed, respected and listened to without judgment. My approach to therapy is pulled from various evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems and spiritual practices including Mindfulness, 12 Step and Christian based strategies. Member of the Psychiatric Collaborative. Member American Association of Christian Counselors.
