Introduction

As a licensed professional counselor and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor, I work with the lens of recovery oriented care. Recovery is a dynamic process of change that connects the dots between the body, behavior, mind, moods and relationships. Most importantly the relationship with the self. Using evidence-based practices and authentic compassion, I can help address substance abuse, young "adulting" growing pains, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, toxic relationships, and complex trauma. I received my clinical education and training in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine - Boston, Massachusetts. I hold licensure in Michigan and provide private pay professional counseling in person and virtually. I see primarily adults and some older teens.
