Introduction

About Me I come to the practice of psychotherapy with a fresh take on what it will mean to serve and to heal. In over 13 years of growing my practice as a systems-oriented designer, writer, editor, and creative freelancer, I have developed a unique evidence-based approach to solving complex problems and making sense of the world around us. My quantitative and arts-heavy education has shaped me into a highly analytical, strategic clinician with a knack for transforming big ideas into workable realities. I envision helping to create a world with less health disparities and a future where mental health treatment is the cornerstone of a collaborative, integrated model of care. I am passionate about bringing nuance, hard data, and lived experience to the diagnosis and treatment of complex psychological conditions. I see secure, nourishing relationships as the foundation of our lives. I work from an integrative humanistic-psychodynamic perspective, and I focus on instilling the skills to become more authentic, self-accepting, and resilient across many domains of life. I believe that we are all works in progress and that it is essential to continue learning, maturing, and strengthening ourselves each and every day. It is my firm belief that we can learn to move through the sequelae of trauma to make room for profound connection and joy. I currently support individuals, couples, and families with a focus on relationships, sexuality, neurodivergence, identity, self-esteem, disability, chronic illness, body acceptance, communication challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, complex family dynamics, and vocational navigation.
