Loretta Grande, RMHC Intern Helping Children, Adolescents, and Adults Reclaim Their Voice, Peace, and Purpose. “Together, we’ll move through life’s challenges—one step, one story at a time—with clarity, compassion, and the strength to find peace and healing." Hi, I’m Loretta. Everyone has a story, and sometimes life makes it hard to feel strong, connected, or hopeful. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy. We’ll go at your pace, with no judgment and no pressure. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges like: • Anxiety and low self-esteem • Big emotions or difficulty managing feelings • Family, relationship, or parenting struggles • Grief, loss, or significant life changes • Feeling left out, misunderstood, or unsure of yourself • Supporting kids with ADHD or autism What to Expect: Together, we’ll talk honestly about what’s happening, identify your strengths, and build practical tools to help you feel more in control, confident, and connected. I’ll help you focus on what you can change—especially your responses to stress and others—so you can reclaim your energy and peace of mind. Whether you’re a teen, a parent, or someone navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to walk beside you. Let’s take the first step together.
