Introduction

**My Practice is currently on a waitlist. If you would like to be added please send along contact info, including name, phone, email and insurance and you will be contacted when space becomes available** I provide Telehealth sessions Mon - Thurs from 10a est - 5p EST. I am licensed in OH and CA. I am focused on working with adults and adolescents. I do not work with couples or children younger than 12. I am trauma and attachment informed. I offer a client-centered, affirming, collaborative, relational approach. I support clients struggling with Trauma, PTSD, and Grief & Loss. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic trauma therapy) and Board Certified in Art Therapy. I am also LGBTQ allied and am affirming of all sexual, gender and relational identities. I am a Clinical Supervisor and can provide supervision to pre-licensed MFT/ATR professionals. Life can be really rough, I get it. And when your past continues to affect your current life, it can be even harder to keep pushing through. My goal is to help you understand what happened, how it affected you, and how to move your life toward the direction you want it to go. Everyone's story is different. What we do together in therapy is work to understand you and your story, and help you to get you reconnected with you and the parts of you that got affected along the way.
