Inspired by a strong desire to experience peace, I have vacillated between having my attention on issues of social justice and on personal or individual healing. I believe strongly in the balance of learning to embody peace both inwardly and outwardly in order to create a more just and harmonious world. My focus is healing trauma, managing anxiety and depression and building self-empowerment. I'm passionate about guiding people into intimate self-knowing. Expect embodied techniques such as awareness practices, meditation, or movement. You'll begin to release and heal old wounds, gain better physical awareness and vitality, and release negative beliefs that have kept you contracted. I work in a body oriented manner. You're able to incorporate as much or as little of this into your sessions as are fitting. I host an online community where you can receive somatic meditations to practice with on your own. This can fuel your healing journey and instigate our private sessions. Most importantly, my ideal client is someone who is desiring and ready for change. You may feel stuck in some aspect of your life such as career or relationships. You may have suffered a traumatic event. You may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. And you have reached a point when you are ready to take action even if you don't quite know what that will look like yet. What I love most is accompanying someone on their journey inward, offering a safe space for you to be fully you.
