Do you ever feel like you are in survival mode all the time? It's one that resonates deeply for many people, especially those who have experienced trauma or chronic stress. It can often feel like hypervigilance, exhaustion, disconnect, or simply running on autopilot. The big question is how do I start to move from surviving to living? Awareness is the first step! Survival mode isn't a character flaw, nor does it mean you are failing! It means your system is still holding the weight of what you've been through. You deserve care not judgement! If you have felt like traditional talk therapy hasn't gone deep enough, brain-based treatments might be the missing piece. My goal is to empower others and utilize a strength-based, integrative approach to fit the needs of each individual client. One of my priorities in my practice is to provide a safe place for people to express themselves and be vulnerable in a non-judgmental environment. Previous experiences in my life have influenced my career path, which often gives me the ability to connect easily with others.
