I am a psychotherapist who graduated from Aurora University in 2012 with a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. I chose a focus on mental health and substance abuse due to my own life experiences. I also has certified experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Care, Internal Family Systems, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I has also trained with the United States Military for treating Posttraumatic Stress/Co-occurring disorders. I am a lifelong advocate for the LGBTQ community and our Veteran community. I has been dedicated to working to assist people in healing, growing, and discovering or re-discovering their inter-strengths and peace for over 15 years. I am also licensed in both Wisconsin and Arizona and is now taking new patients in Arizona.
