Introduction

I am a neurodivergent Navy veteran and published author who has been helping people rescue themselves from addiction, mental health challenges, grief, and self-limiting codependency since 2015. I show them ways to break the cycles of frustration and despair. How to "get out of their own way" and start growing again. How to find their joy and thrive in a world full of discomfort and broken dreams. LASTING POSITIVE LIFE CHANGE is possible. Even for people who think they are "too broken." If you're age 24+ and ready for a new perspective: buckle up, my friend! I offer flexible appointment times and payment options for adults brave and hopeful enough to reach out. I look forward to being part of your comeback story!
