Welcome, my name is Logan Hamel and I am a licensed professional counselor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I started MidCoast Therapy after living in many different places and working in many different settings and found ultimately, my goal is to support people, not just heal or recover, but live. With a specialization in Sport and Health Psychology, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), and Certified Yoga-Informed Psychotherapist, I incorporate mindful movement into my work with clients. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and supported modalities such as DBT and CBT. Early in our work together you can expect to explore and Identify your top 5 to 6 values.
