Introduction

I have been providing therapy services to individuals, families and couples in California and Colorado for the past 20+ years. I have found my favorite niche to be supporting couples and families in their healing, growing and consciousness, which are fundamental in sustainable relationships. I believe strong attachments are imperative for the health and well being of all individuals. As I enjoy working with individuals and families, my primary focus is on relationships and couples therapy. I work with couples to: Build and rebuild trust and understanding Form healthy communication patterns Teach effective problem solving skills Improve sexuality and intimacy Cope with infidelity or feelings of betrayal Coach in effective conflict styles and problem solving Premarital Coaching and Therapy
