LMHC-Intern Navigant Counseling LLC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, ADD/ADHD,

Introduction

I am currently a pre-licensed intern with Navigant Counseling, and am working under supervision as I prepare to graduate with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December of 2024. Following December, I will transition to a masters leveled pre-licensed clinician with Navigant. During our time together, I want to focus on building a collaborative relationship in order to understand your lifestyle, and what you need out of counseling services. It's my priority to have you feel safe, heard, and allow you to reach your goals. I specialize in working with a range of individuals, from preteen to adults. I am available to work with an array of issues (listed below), but my specialties include anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. My mission is to allow my clients to be heard, and understand tools to better help you in the present day. Making it this far in your journey is a big step. I warmly encourage you to send me an email to set up a time to meet to discuss your goals further. In this journey, I am opening myself up to you as a non-judgmental, non-biased person in your life. I am here to listen and support you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
