A client once told me, “It feels like I’m driving, but you’re in the passenger seat making sure I get there safely.” That’s exactly how therapy should feel—collaborative, safe, and goal-oriented. If you or a loved one is struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, school refusal, or self-harming behaviors, you’re in the right place. With over a decade of experience supporting teenagers, young adults, and families through mental health challenges, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I have a special passion for working with teens and coaching parents following inpatient hospitalization, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Transitioning home after a higher level of care can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to help navigate that journey. Trained in evidence-based methods—including CBT, DBT, and ERP—I incorporate these approaches as needed to create a tailored, effective treatment plan. My clients describe my style as warm and relational, yet direct and solutions-focused. My goal is to work alongside you until you’re ready to walk confidently on your own. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago and previously served as the adolescent program director for the largest behavioral health organization in the Midwest. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, baking, DIY projects, and spending time with my husband, three young children, and our one-eyed rescue dog. I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth only in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Virginia.
