Thank you for stopping by my page on your journey towards self-improvement. As your therapist, I am here to help you discover the best ways to connect with your inner self. Through my use of expressive arts, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectic behavioral therapy techniques, I hope to provide you with a solid foundation as you explore your inner truths. I feel blessed to have worked with people from all walks of life as a therapist. My focus is on assisting grown-ups who seek to improve their relationships with their partners or children. I also have vast experience working with adolescents, supporting them in cultivating independence and boundaries, which are critical life skills for them to feel accomplished. Additionally, I'm here to help those grieving the loss of a loved one. My proficiency in Child-Centered Play Therapy enables me to work with children to manage their emotions and build a stronger sense of self. Thank you for considering my virtual appointment services. To clarify, my virtual appointments are exclusively available to adult clients. For child and adolescent clients, in-person sessions are required.
