Introduction

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience providing therapy to adults and children who have experienced trauma. I understand reaching out for help, takes courage. In my practice, I hope to create a safe and empathetic space for all struggling with life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping clients reach balance in life after difficult events. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and many other modalities. I use a combination of these approaches to help clients meet goals for therapy. I provide tools to help clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and many other issues. I am currently accepting new clients for weekday evening and Saturday morning appointments (in person) only. Feel free to message me with any questions.
