Liza Feilner, LPC, CEDS-S
Introduction
Liza has expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder and related issues. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and has over two decades of experience as a clinician and leader in mental health. In addition to working with many clients and families, she has held several director level positions in behavioral health hospitals where she developed, refined and oversaw high acuity programs. Liza has extensive experience training clinicians to work effectively with those needing stabilization and recovery from serious mental health conditions. Liza relies on evidence-based modalities to help people achieve their goals for therapy. Liza has a steady and calming presence and has been told that she has a way of making people feel at ease. She particularly enjoys working with adolescents and equipping caregivers to be the most effective support they can be to their loved one.
