Introduction

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I enjoy working with individuals on mind/body integration, meaning that you know in your mind how you want to feel, but you don’t yet feel it in your body. We will work together to help you integrate by approaching your unique needs and goals through understanding your story, working with your strengths, and building your inner resources to tend to yourself when challenges arise. This may involve incorporating EMDR, mindfulness practices, visualizations, or inner parts awareness into sessions. My therapeutic presence has been described as calm and compassionate. I practice from a relational, attachment-based lens and prioritize your holistic well-being. Informed by research in neuroscience and best-practices for treating complex trauma, I help you process what feels unresolved. I work with individual adults and teens on a variety of issues with special interest in supporting people through life transitions, cultivating emotional regulation skills for anxiety and stress, tending to low self-esteem, and supporting those processing impacts of purity culture, shame, and religious trauma. Please reach out if we sound like a good fit!
