Introduction

I specialize in providing therapy to individuals, romantic partners, parents, and young adults. My focus is on helping people live free from addictive behaviors, increase mindfulness, foster connection, and restore balance in all aspects of life. My practice in therapeutic environments began in 2011. In 2014, I graduated from Rutgers University with a Master's in Social Work and obtained a certificate from the Addictions Certification Program. I hold licenses in Clinical Social Work and Alcohol and Drug Counseling in New Jersey. I am also a Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist accredited by the International Institute of Trauma and Addictions Professionals. My therapeutic approach integrates various modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. With a commitment to excellence in the field of psychotherapy and social work, I maintain a proactive approach to professional development through ongoing education in trauma and attachment, sex therapy, gambling addiction, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My dedication ensures that I deliver compassionate and effective therapy, empowering my clients to achieve growth, healing, and sustainable change in line with their desires and values.
