Introduction

Are you looking to improve your mood or navigate life's changes? I offer a supportive, judgment-free space for individuals, couples, families, and young adults facing challenges like low self-esteem, relationship issues, and self-care struggles. My areas of expertise include mood disorders, complex trauma, marital counseling, family planning, and support for sexual and substance addictions. Using therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness, I help clients overcome isolation, depression, anxiety, trauma, and compulsive behaviors. My goal is to guide you toward a life free from addictive patterns, fostering mindfulness and meaningful connections in health, career, spirituality, love, and sexuality. Since 2011, I have been working in therapeutic environments. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University, licensure in Clinical Social Work along with certifications in Alcohol and Drug Counseling, and Sexual Addictions Therapy. I stay dedicated to excellence through ongoing education in trauma, attachment, sex therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. You don't have to face these challenges alone. I accept major health insurance to make counseling accessible. Call or email to begin your journey toward growth, healing, and lasting change. Let's work together to help you embrace your true self, find connection, and live a balanced, fulfilling life.
