I signed up for counseling several years back, seeking some relief from my personal pain and suffering. What I experienced was deep transformation and a revived connection with my authentic self. After years of continuing this inner work, I began feeling more and more peacefulness. I was inspired to pursue counseling as a career so that I could support others throughout this meaningful journey. I am passionate about helping clients become curious about themselves and the subconscious patterns that direct their lives. My therapeutic style is both gentle and direct. I utilize an integrative counseling approach and offer clients a safe space to go inward and get curious. I believe that our bodies hold both our personal history and our inherent wisdom. I am committed to helping individuals cultivate an inner exploration that stimulates deep and lasting healing. I have a master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas. I have experience working with many different modalities and gravitate specifically toward Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Imago Couples Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, and Conscious Parenting. I have worked in various settings including a hospital behavioral health unit, a community mental health clinic, and several private practice settings.
