Introduction

My hope as a therapist is to help clients connect with their love and respect for themselves, as well as find new strategies for coping. This is my third year in private practice after 13 years treating people living with substance use disorders and PTSD at the St. Louis VA. I value providing affirmative care to members of diverse communities, including the LGBTQIA+ community and people of color. My approach to treatment is generally based in cognitive behavioral therapy, drawing from mindfulness, feminist therapy, and minority stress therapy. Letters of support are available for members of the transgender community. I offer telehealth appointments to clients in 39 states, including Missouri and Illinois. Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) under the PSYPACT Commission. APIT issued 6/30/2022. Mobility Number# 11593. To see if your state participates, visit https://www.psypact.org/psypactmap.
