As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience supporting teens and adults in working through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, self-worth, and more. I’m deeply passionate about supporting folx understand and transform the relationships that shape their lives—whether those relationships are personal, interpersonal, or part of the larger systems we navigate. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a systemic perspective, recognizing the impact of societal and historical contexts on mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and adopt a neurodiversity-affirming framework. While my work often integrates components of mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and parts work, I operate from a person-centered lens and aim to meet each client where they are at individually.
