Introduction

I’m Ophelia and I’m excited you have found my page. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016, and I have experience supporting patients ages 18+ with concerns such as Relationship Issues, Boundary Issues, Coping Skills, Life Coaching, Self Esteem, Stress Management, Career and Work Counseling, Communication Problems, Control Issues and Family of Origin Issues. In addition to being a Social Worker, I also have a doctoral education in counseling and training in integrative mental and behavioral health. My practice approach is integrative, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s presented needs. I am most passionate about helping my clients nurture healthy intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships.
