Introduction

We are licensed providers with over 20 years experience in mental health. But more importantly, we are real people who have lived through challenges too. We believe that finding power in the things that make you "YOU" is the the key to mental wellbeing. We also have experienced trauma, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and parenting challenges. We like to think of ourselves as masters at rebuilding after struggles, and we use experience, professional training, humor, and compassion to help our people do the same. It's important to us that our clients feel like they are talking to an ally who has faced challenges too. So come on in, pull up a chair, and let's build up some power together. Our areas of expertise include PTSD, trauma and abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, parenting, couples / family relationships and more. We welcome all populations, including LGBTQ+, couples, military members, first responders, medical providers, and teachers. We work with all ages.
