I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating a variety of issues. I particularly enjoy working with adults dealing with anxiety related to perfectionism, over-functioning tendencies, burnout, or codependency/boundary issues. I also work with couples / individuals facing complex, difficult to diagnose chronic illnesses or issues surrounding family planning or fertility. A good therapeutic fit for my approach is someone interested in doing deep introspective work, exploring the roots underneath presenting problems and including the body in the process. I practice therapy through an integrative perspective. This means I understand mental health as a function of the whole body and utilize somatic modalities centering on the nervous system. I also bring an attachment-oriented psychodynamic lens aimed at uncovering how our relationships and past experiences shape our sense of self and others. Turning the lights on in our interior lives can be a scary process, but also one that is deeply enjoyable and rewarding when done in the company of someone who is open and curious. I prioritize creating a space where all parts of yourself and your life are welcome. If you'd like to get a feel for whether we’d be a good fit for each other, please reach out.
