Introduction

Hello and welcome! I'm a licensed therapist, in private practice. I have extensive experience working with trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, general mental health concerns and dual diagnosis. Prior to starting therapy, clients often report feeling "stuck" and struggle to make sense of what they are experiencing. Often harboring feelings of shame, guilt, or fear that their experience or symptoms are unusual, lack feelings of fulfillment, and experience self doubt. If you, or a loved one can relate, and you're looking for clarity, courage, stability, or confidence, then this may be a good match. My approach to therapy is integrative and thoughtfully tailored to each client based on their unique needs. I work with clients collaboratively to gain an improved understanding of their individual experience, find direction, discover meaning, acceptance, and self-love. Clients will gain an increase in self-awareness, identify barriers, and embrace strengths to experience relief and better manage daily life. My office is located in Latham. It's both private and cozy. Equipped with plants, comfortable seating, art supplies, fidget spinners, for active hands/minds and natural light from large windows. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the therapy process, or simply want more information to make the best decision for you, just reach out. I'd be happy to answer your questions and provide more information.
