Introduction

Sometimes we just need a judgement-free space to help sort out life! I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor and Texas Board Approved Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor as well as a Registered Play Therapist. I am an EMDRIA EMDR Certified Therapist. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Solution Focused Couples Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy with special focuses on attachment issues, inner-child work, distressed relationships, anxiety, anger, grief and addiction. My education includes a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a MA in Religion. I am currently a doctoral candidate in a CACREP Counseling & Education program with anticipated graduation in May 2025. Regardless of your situation or issue I provide a safe, judgement-free space to help individuals, couples and families find hope and experience healing.
