Introduction
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in practice for over 15 years. Over the years I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals, couples and groups of all ages. I enjoy working with adults who may be going through difficult life transitions, experiencing depression, anxiety or other mood disturbances, have difficulty managing stress, or are just struggling to navigate life's challenges.
