Introduction

My private practice office is in Boca Raton but I am 100% virtual at this time. I accept most insurances but will negotiate a fee for service for those without insurance. I mostly use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with my clients but I am also eclectic in my approach. I incorporate EMDR, EFT Tapping, Cinema Therapy, Bibliotherapy and utilize the Client's spiritual beliefs where indicated. I love empowering people and teaching coping skills for a better quality of life. I help my clients by teaching them empathy, self love, mindfulness and how to improve their relationships with uncertainty.
