How are you? No, how are you REALLY? Sometimes this can be a tough question to answer; sometimes you don't want to disclose the truth and sometimes you don't even know the answer. That's completely okay. Let's unpack it together and figure out how and who you are and what you're wanting in life. My name is Lisa, I'm a licensed therapist in Montana. My personal life story is what brought me to become a therapist, so I get how hard it can be to take the first step toward self-help and am keenly aware of the growing pains of personal betterment. My goal is to create a supportive, healing environment where you feel capable and brave enough to begin to answer the question of 'how are you really?'. I work with adults, 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, self-doubt, and trauma (both single-event trauma and complex trauma).
