As human beings we have the capability to experience great pain and great joy in this life. My job as a therapist is not to help you rid your life of pain but to seek deeper understanding, clarity, emotional balance and self-awareness of why you experience pain so that you may transform and heal. I am a holistic therapist specializing in trauma and attachment wounds from childhood. I use different modalities to guide you in your healing journey such as Jungian, psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, ACT, and attachment theory. My role is to listen, support, guide, and most importantly challenge you as we all have our own blindspots (myself included).
