Introduction

My name is Lisa Palley, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #108222). Although I like to collaborate with my clients and tailor my interventions to best suit their needs, I am a proponent of Attachment Theory, which suggests that relationships with early caregivers can inform our present relational styles. I am committed to helping people from diverse backgrounds articulate and achieve their life goals and gain a greater amount of self-compassion and insight in the process.
