Welcome! Taking Care of yourself is the best gift you can give to others. I'm Lisa Medico, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in NJ. My diverse background in the medical and behavioral health fields has equipped me to support clients facing a wide range of challenges. I am passionate about supporting those in early adulthood who feel stuck in the ongoing cycle of chronic stress, anxiety, or sadness; who are facing transitional periods their lives and families; or who are actively looking to enhance their mental health in order to grow as individuals, partners, parents, and friends. You are not alone. As a millennial mom of two, I deeply understand the unique pressures we face today.
