Lisa M. Spitzmiller, MA LPC LMHC

Behavioral Health Therapist Lisa Spitzmiller MA LMHC
Specialties: Couples Counseling, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD,

Introduction

I have been working as a therapist for 30 years and seem to appreciate my relationship with clients more each year. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples and families as they bravely work to forge stronger connections with themselves and with their loved ones. I was introduced to the Emotion Focused Therapy model 7 years ago and have never looked back. EFT helps individuals and couples get to the root causes of distress rather than teaching strategies for coping. If you are interested in making lasting change, Id love to talk with you about this model of therapy.
