I truly believe that you have the strengths and abilities within you to overcome your current challenges - you just need the tools and support to help you tap into those strengths. That's what I'm here for. Throughout my career in education and counseling, I've taught and honed a lot of tools that help to decrease anxiety, increase hope and provide relief. We'll collaborate with one another to address your specific areas of concern - be it depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, disappointment or past hurt - and we'll develop a toolbox specifically for you. Counseling is not one-size-fits-all, and my approach is focused on what you need; we'll work together in the ways that are best for you. I'll never force you to talk about or process experiences you're not ready for, but I will, with empathy and compassion, challenge you in areas of growth. You’ll find relief from your current pain points and gain confidence in your ability to handle challenges in the future.
