Growing up in a family who was impacted by addiction struggles and parents who went through multiple divorces, Lisa intimately understands the complexities of trauma and the transformative power of therapy. Lisa pursued a career in therapy, driven by her personal journey of overcoming adversity. One of Lisa’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect quickly with clients and provide a safe space to start the healing journey. Lisa’s sessions are structured to guide clients through the therapeutic process, helping them identify and work towards their goals with clarity and purpose. Outside of her professional life, Lisa enjoys walks in nature, strength training, experiencing new restaurants, and exploring the NW Arkansas region with her husband Brandon.
