Each of us wants our story heard. True healing comes when mind, body & spirit are whole. I experienced the psychological trauma & shame created by religious/church maltreatment. I lived the pain cycle of love vs chaos in narcissistic relationships. I've experienced divorce, single-parenting hardships, poverty, remarriage; while also finding the beauty of rebuilding brokenness. As your therapist, I will be present at your point of need. If it's anxiety, trauma, religion "mess", LGBTQIA issues, narcissism, codependency, parenting, troubled marriage, shame, powerlessness, toxic parenting, or the need to redirect a career, I will listen, be considerate and open-minded while challenging you when you need another perspective.
