Assisting individuals and families in navigating life's journeys and transitions has consistently been a passion of mine. I initially entered the field by working with students who have special needs and subsequently transitioned into the role of a wellness coach. I discovered that while I could provide support for lifestyle modifications, there were additional skills I needed to acquire in order to effectively assist individuals and families in their mental health journeys. Here I am today as a result of my education and training. I focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. My commitment to equity has led me to work with members of the BIPOC community to address racial trauma and colorism.
