I am a skilled diagnostician and work with clients to help them understand their diagnoses. i believe good mental health is a necessary part of being healthy and living rich rewarding life full of all kinds of experiences. Engaging in mental health therapy can be a challenging, yet rewarding process. It can be both reactive and proactive. Through building a therapeutic relationship I partner with my clients to assist them with creating positive, long lasting change in their lives. I stress with every client the importance of engaging in self-care and setting healthy boundaries. M.S Johnson and Wales University, Clinical Mental Health Counseling M.Ed.
