My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and valued—just as you are. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to uncover your strengths, develop new coping strategies, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I use a collaborative approach to therapy that is evidence-based, meaning our sessions are tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you are not broken. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and find the clarity and confidence to move forward in life. The techniques I use integrate cognitive behavioral therapy with: * trauma informed approaches * attachment based science * emotionally focused therapy * mindfulness approaches * neuroscience based practices I enjoy supporting individuals, couples, and teens on their journey to a more meaningful and healthy life. I also have a passion for supporting veterans and family members in the military community as I am a spouse of a retired Marine and know first hand some of the challenges that are unique to our culture.
